Yes. Flight-inclusive holidays booked through A Plus Travel are ATOL protected (ATOL No. 3853) via Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd. This means your money is protected if the travel company or airline is unable to provide the services you've booked. Look for the ATOL certificate you'll receive with your booking confirmation.

We accept major debit and credit cards and bank transfer. For most bookings we can also arrange a deposit followed by balance payments ahead of departure. Full details are set out on our Payments & Billing page.

Changes and cancellations are possible but are subject to the airline's or tour operator's own fare rules and any applicable charges, in addition to our administration fee. Contact us as early as possible so we can check your options. See our Cancellation & Refunds page for the full policy.

We arrange flights from all major UK airports, including London Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and more, connecting you to destinations across Africa and beyond. If your local airport isn't listed on a destination page, just ask us directly and we'll check availability.

You'll need a valid passport (with at least 6 months' validity remaining for most destinations) and, depending on your destination and nationality, a visa or entry permit. Requirements vary by country, so please check with us at the time of booking and again closer to your departure date, as rules can change.
