These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aplustravel.co.uk website and any booking made through A Plus Travel Ltd ("A Plus Travel", "we", "us", "our"), Companies House No. 12475383. By using our website or making a booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
A Plus Travel acts as a travel agent. For flight-only bookings, we act as an agent on behalf of the airline, and your contract is with the airline, subject to that airline's own terms and conditions. For flight-inclusive holiday packages, bookings are arranged as agent for Brightsun Travel (UK) Ltd, our ATOL-protected package supplier (ATOL number 3853), and are subject to Brightsun Travel's booking conditions and financial protection.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices, availability, and content on our website are accurate and up to date. However, prices and availability are supplied by third parties (airlines, tour operators) and can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or descriptive errors, and no booking is confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
When you make a booking through us, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of everyone named on the booking, and that all information provided (including passenger names, passport details, and contact information) is accurate and matches official travel documents. Errors in passenger details may result in additional fees charged by the airline or supplier.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, airline strikes, or public health emergencies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
