This User Agreement sets out the responsibilities you accept when using the aplustravel.co.uk website or booking flights and holiday packages through A Plus Travel Ltd ("A Plus Travel", "we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to make a booking with us. If you book on behalf of other people (such as family or a group), you confirm that you have their authority to do so and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, and passport information — is complete, accurate, and matches the relevant travel documents exactly. We are not liable for additional costs, denied boarding, or other consequences arising from inaccurate information supplied by you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone on your booking hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination, and that these meet any minimum validity requirements set by the relevant country or airline. We can advise where possible, but the final responsibility rests with you.
You are responsible for checking any health requirements, vaccinations, or travel advisories relevant to your destination (for example via gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice) before you travel. We recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance for every booking.
When using our website, you agree not to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website's operation; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the website without permission; or use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
If you make a booking that includes other travellers, you act as the lead booker and are responsible for relaying all relevant booking information, terms, and any changes to those other travellers.
You are responsible for any loss or additional costs we or our suppliers incur as a result of incorrect information you provide, or your failure to comply with visa, passport, health, or check-in requirements.
By making a booking, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding your booking, including confirmations, schedule changes, and other essential travel information.
We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access to our website for any user who breaches this User Agreement or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
