This page explains how payments, pricing, and billing work when you book flights or holiday packages through A Plus Travel Ltd.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. Card payments are processed through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we do not store your full card details on our systems.
In line with the Consumer Rights (Payment Surcharges) Regulations, we do not charge you extra for paying by credit or debit card.
For holiday packages, you may be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by a specified date before departure (as confirmed at the time of booking). Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit. Flight-only bookings are typically payable in full at the time of booking, as required by the airline.
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise, and are per person unless indicated. Prices are supplied to us by airlines and tour operators and can change until your booking is confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed in writing, the agreed price will not change except where permitted by the relevant airline or operator's terms (for example, government-imposed tax increases).
Once payment is received and your booking is confirmed, we will send you a written confirmation and, where applicable, an invoice or receipt by email. Please check all details (names, dates, destinations) carefully on your confirmation and let us know immediately of any discrepancies.
All bookings made through aplustravel.co.uk are processed in GBP. If you are paying from an overseas account, your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees; these are outside of our control.
If a payment fails or is declined, your booking will not be confirmed until a successful payment is received. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment has cleared.
